Research Area

Smart Surfaces

I have developed ultra-high transparent conducting films of high figure of merits using eco-friendly and sustainable ink formulations using silver nanowires and cellulose composites. These inks shows cross platform compatibility with direct ink writing and rod coating. Have demonstrated its applications as a transparent heater on glass and PET, a wearable flexible heater for thermotherapy, a transparent beaker heater, transparent flexible PCBs for LEDs and 7 segment displays. I would like to deploy this ink and printing tech into more optoelectronic applications in the future.
