My research centers on surface mechanics and engineering, with emphasis on stress-driven processes at interfaces. Applications span advanced manufacturing, electronic device reliability, hydrogen storage and embrittlement, and food-grade coatings. I aim to understand and manipulate surface phenomena to improve performance and sustainability across diverse engineering systems.
