2. IGS-ONGC Biennial Award - 2018 for the best paper on marine geotechnical engineering published through Indian Geotechnical Society during the period of 2016-18.

3. IGS YGE Best Paper Biennial Award 2016 for the best paper on soil dynamics for the best paper on soil dynamics in any journal or conference proceedings published by Indian Geotechnical Society during the period of 2015-16.

4. A.S. Arya Young Earthquake Engineer Award-2015 given by IIT Roorkee for the original contribution in the field of soil dynamics and earthquake engineering.

5. IGS-Dr. Shamsher Prakash Biennial Award-2015 for the best paper on soil dynamics in any journal or conference proceedings published by Indian Geotechnical Society during the period of 2013-15.

6. KTP-UTS visiting fellowship for visiting professorship at University of Technology Sydney, Australia (May-June 2018)

7. Awarded DAAD fellowship for visiting professorship at Technical University at Kaiserslautern, Germany (June-July, 2014).

8. Recipient of performance-based award (4000S$ cash prize) for the contribution and service to the Department of Civil Engineering, NUS for the year 2010-11.

9. Twice nominated (2005-06) for President Graduate Fellowship at NUS based on the outstanding performance during PhD.
