Electroless thin film deposition for optoelectronic applications
I am working on the fabrication of thin films of doped p-type nickel oxide (NiO) using electroless deposition route. The objective is to fabricate NiO thin films through this route for transparent conducting oxides applications in electronic devices such as touch screens, photovoltaics, and flat panel displays.
