Instruments Expertize
I have hands on experience in handing most of the high tech facilities of condensed matter physics including:
- Atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (APCVD), low pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) for synthesis of two dimensional materials
- Plasma cleaner and chemical wet bench for Graphene/TMD transfer
- DC sputter, E-gun evaporator. Thermal evaporator for deposit thin films of Aluminum, Platinum, gold as metal pads and electrodes (Drain, source, Gate) for graphene FET
- Spin coater, Hot Plate for Photoresist and development process
- EUV lithography (Karl Suss MA6), E-beam lithography (JOEL) for patterning and isolation of electrodes of FET
- Raman, SEM, XPS, TEM, AFM, Optical microscope for graphene/TMD characterization and
- Low temperature probe station for Transport property measurements.
