It is also known as the Chocolate Soldier. It is rarely seen the plains.It is found more in damp patches and shady places. It is common in the forests of South and Central India and found upto a height of 3000m in The Himalayas from Kashmir further eastwards. It visits flowers of Aztec Marigold
