Post-doctoral Fellows

Please see here for details. Women candidates have special fellowships from IIT Madras. Send me your CV and a short write-up of your proposed area of research.

PhD/MS

  • Applications must be made on-line, through IIT Madras website
  • Applicants must be fluent in at least one high-level programming language (C/C++/MATLAB/Python)
  • A background in biology is preferred, but not mandatory
  • A background in mathematics/programming is highly preferred

Internships

No positions are available at present. You’re better off writing to my PhD students—for the immediate future, I plan to take on interns only if they work on something with direct bearing on a PhD project in the lab.
